Jaime's Cuts is a single-barber shop at Riverwoods Salon Suites, 4801 N University Ave, Suite 9, Provo, UT 84604. You can reach us at (801) 822-7208.

When you book an appointment we collect your name, mobile phone number, and — only if you choose to give it — your email address and any note you write for the barber.

We also store the details of the appointment itself: the service, the date and time, and the price at the time of booking.

We do not collect payment information on this website. Payment happens in person at the shop.

We use your information for one purpose: to run your appointment. That means confirming the booking, sending you a reminder, keeping a record of your visits so the barber knows your preferences, and contacting you if something about your appointment changes.

We do not use your information to advertise to you, and we do not send promotional messages.

We send appointment text messages only to customers who tick the consent box on the booking form. The messages are limited to a booking confirmation and a reminder before your appointment.

You can stop them at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP, or call the shop, if you need assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

We do rely on a small number of service providers to operate this site — a text-message provider, an email provider, and hosting and database providers. They process your information only to deliver the service on our behalf, under contract, and they are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep your appointment history for as long as you remain a customer, so the barber can see your past visits and notes. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent to text messages. Call (801) 822-7208 and we will take care of it.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
